Very friendly staff, bed was ultra comfy, free parking, right off I95. One issue was promptly solved by front desk agent.

I liked that we were a short drive from downtown St. Augustine. There was also a Catholic Church right down the street which was very convenient. The staff was very accommodating and informative about places to eat and things to do.

We had a wonderful stay! The room was spacious. The beds were very comfortable. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Loved having Starbucks at the hotel.

The location was good...close to stores ...the hotel looked just like the pics and smelled good ...the staff was friendly and helpful ..check in was easy ...the room was clean ...firepit area was relaxing

Excellent customer service from everyone at the hotel. Shirley at the front desk went above and beyond to help us when we arrived Saturday night very late. And then the following night was sure to follow up on how are our stay was going.

The property was conveniently located. It was quiet considering the area was close to downtown. And the staff was welcoming and friendly.
